It's FABULOUS!

I hope everyone is enjoying life. I had an avocado smoothie last night, which seems to have fixed everything wrong with the world on this particular day.

Instructions:
1 avocado
a cup or so of ice
6 or 7 heaping spoons of sugar
a cup or so of milk

Combine ingredients in a blender. The more inexact, the better. Blend. Drink. Smile at the greenness.
